Important Trip Notes

Prices are quoted for 1 angler. Each additional angler adds $50 (up to 4 anglers).

Each trip includes all the rods, reels, tackle, waders, and boots (you are welcome to bring your own gear too).

All trips require a fishing license and/or stamp (the trout pond is the one exception).

All trips can be customized to meet your needs and expectations.

Tim, your guide, will reach out to you via email and/or phone prior to your trip to go over details and answer your questions.

  • One Hour Taster - $100, each additional angler is $50
    • Includes casting lesson and an overview of the fundamentals.
    • Great choice for beginners and those looking to refine their skills.
  • Two Hour Taster - $200, each additional angler is $50
    • Includes casting lesson, overview of the fundamentals, and opportunities to apply skills on the nearby river and pond.
    • Great choice for the beginner or anyone wanting a quick fishing
  • ½ Day - 4 hours -  $300, each additional angler is $50
    • Includes full instruction and personalized guiding on the nearby rivers, ponds, and Shenandoah National Park.
    • Great for anyone with a free morning or afternoon and wanting a chance to catch stocked, native, and wild trout.
  • 3/4 Day - 6 Hour Trip - $420, each additional angler is $50
    • Lunch provided from Syria Mercantile.
    • Includes full instruction and personalized guiding on the nearby rivers, ponds, our private river access, and Shenandoah National Park.
    • Great for those wanting an extended fishing experience with elements of both the ½ and Full Day. 
  • Full Day - 8 Hour Trip - $520, each additional angler is $50
    • Breakfast and Lunch provided from Market- Deli & Tackle at the crossroads and complimentary adult beverages in the Lodge following your trip.
    • Includes full instruction and personalized guiding on the nearby rivers, ponds, and Shenandoah National Park.
    • This trip allows for extended fishing and hike-in options, providing opportunities for some of the best native and wild trout fishing in Virginia.
    • Great for adventurous beginners and seasoned anglers alike.

  • Monday Through Sunday
    All the seasons can be fished at Graves Mountain Farm, although, winter days need need perseverance.

    Time slots are every hour and half hour from 5:30AM through to gloaming - 8 to 9 PM in the summer
