The Graves Family has been farming this land since 1850 and are still.
Three generations are working now - with crops, hay, apple orchards, cattle, horses, ponies, pigs, hogs, geese, ducks, turkeys, deer and foxes in the woods, trout in the mountain streams, catfish and bass in the ponds. For the lodging, all family members are at work - front desk, maintenance, construction, tractor repair, preserve making, festival preparations.
