Rejuvenating and Connecting
With nature in this beautiful part of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the warmth of our hearts and one another during these cooler months.

A Wellness Weekend is a personalized getaway for you and your friends or family to nurture your relationships and bring wellness to your life.

Our wellness weekends here at Graves Mountain Farm & Lodges are relaxed, cozy, and come with opportunities to add on – from massages to another day.

Jenn settles us in the natural world here. Get to know your dosha followed by self-care crafting (herbal goodies to take home choice of making your own: creme, herbal oil.

Who will be here with you?
Jenn and then just a few others. There might be just you or your group, certainly no more than six unless we have arranged for more guests with Jenn.

Who is Jenn, your weekend guide?
We believe that our true nature is one of contentment and well-being.

We also believe that we are mirrors of the natural world and that connecting with nature allows us to find nourishment and restore balance.  We share age old practices that tend to our 'inner gardens' such as yoga, meditation, energy work and massage, those that tend to the gardens outside like Permaculture, and practices that connect the two with plant medicine and explorations in the natural world - hiking, backpacking, yoga in the elements, and massage and energy work out of doors.

Read about Jenn Bennett Mintz here.

We also understand the importance of contributing to our community. Our work at Graves Mountain involves summer camps for youth and explorations of the natural world for the public and all free – here at Graves Mountain weekly and at our Festivals.

What are rooms and cabins like?
You can take accommodations in any of our Lodge Rooms or Cabins, share with a friend or enjoy for yourself. The rooms are paneled in natural Poplar, cut and milled on the property.

Room rates - there are excellent deals on 2 or 3 night stays, particularly if you are a returning guest.

What is Jenn’s program?

Jenn is In True Nature - low-key, relaxed, explorations of what your body – its mind, its gut, its fascia, its breath is and can become.

The weekends have a base of informal group experience with add-ons that Jenn guides through – natural body health, medicinal plants, de-stressing, breath, yoga (of course), drifts of meditation, ayurvedic philosophies to add to our western paths, massage – sensory, muscular, Reiki, cranial, and supported with clean farm to table organic foods.

What you will get
- all your meals, wine pours, communal gatherings, sessions with Jenn, music, breathing, centering, saying hi to the horses, the goats, chickens, pigs, cattle, ponies, a view of nature hunkered down.
