Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2023
In preparation for too much food and way too many carbs, how about a family hike up Old Rag, herself (National Park Fees apply) , up our Doubletop - a steep hard up and back climb on the trail behind Hilltop Lodge - see maps - or a family amble out Apple Tree Lane on the Blue trail to the Robinson River, along its side and loop up and back through the home orchard to the Farm and Apple Tree Lane again.
Thanksgiving Dinner with lots of distancing.
Now, with too much turkey tryptophan and the lushness of buttered mash potatoes, perhaps now is the time for sprawl around a board game?
Can you face another meal or is it nibbles time?
