Yoga Nidra with Ellen of Pranapiloga
In the firelight of a roaring fire and heaters in the Sycamore Pavilion.

For all ages - deep relaxation yoga for anyone - questioning beginner to experienced.

Slow the breath, clear the mind, deep relaxation of all parts of the body.

Join us around the fireplace for a free Hatha yoga and yoga nidra class.

Hatha yoga following the Integral Yoga lineage will consist of gentle sun salutations, backbends, forward bends, inversions, twists, breath work and yoga nidra.

Yoga Nidra can be translated to “yogic sleep” and induces a state of relaxed awareness in which you will rest, restore, de-stress, increase awareness, and maybe over time begin to undo bad habits.

This event will be held inside the pavilion (open to the outside) around a fire.

Consider:
Warm, comfortable layers of clothing (socks!)
Yoga Mat (s)
Pillow (s)
Blanket (s) / Sleeping Bag (s)
